What are Solfeggio frequencies?

Solfeggio frequencies are simple audio tones that some listeners enjoy as a way to relax, focus, or create a calm atmosphere. Different frequencies are often associated with different “intentions” or themes. This is not medical treatment, and results can vary from person to person, but many people find that certain tones feel more supportive for certain moods.

What each frequency is commonly used for

Below are the descriptions used in this player. Think of them as guided labels to help you choose a starting point. You do not need to “believe” in anything for the mixer to be useful. If a tone feels distracting, lower it or turn it off.

69.3Hz — Resonance Deepener: A very low tone that can feel grounding. Some listeners use it to create a deeper, heavier foundation under the mix.

174Hz — Relieves Pain and Stress: Often chosen for unwinding and tension release. Many people use it as a gentle starting layer at low volume.

285Hz — Accelerates Physical Recovery: Commonly used with a “reset” or “recovery” intention. Some listeners pair it with quiet breathing or rest.

396Hz — Releases Fear and Guilt: Often associated with emotional release and letting go. If it feels intense, keep it very subtle.

417Hz — Breaks Cycles & Facilitates Change: Commonly used when you want a fresh start or a shift in mindset. Many people blend it lightly with one other tone.

432Hz — Physical Relaxation: Often used as a calming, steady layer. Some listeners keep this on quietly for background relaxation.

528Hz — Enhances DNA Repair & Transformation: Frequently chosen for clarity, optimism, or “renewal” intention. Use it gently and build from there.

639Hz — Improves Relationships & Connection: Commonly associated with warmth and connection. Some listeners use it for calming social anxiety or reflective time.

741Hz — Detoxifies the Body and Mind: Often used with a “cleanse” intention. Many people use it for focus, study, or mental reset.

852Hz — Awakens Intuition & Awareness: Commonly used for meditation, reflection, and quiet attention. Best blended softly to avoid feeling sharp.

963Hz — Connects to Higher Consciousness: Often used for deep meditation and stillness. Some listeners prefer it alone or with one supporting tone.

How this player works

This page is a simple “mixing board” for tones. Each card is one frequency. The slider controls how loud that tone is in your mix. Start with one frequency at a low level, listen for 10–20 seconds, then adjust slowly. If you add a second frequency, keep both quiet so the blend stays comfortable.

Use Mute to temporarily turn a frequency off without losing its slider position. Use Solo to listen to one frequency by itself. The Motion button adds subtle movement so the mix feels less static. If you want a quick starting point, try Randomize, then fine-tune.

FAQ

Do I need headphones? Not required, but headphones can make quiet details easier to notice. Keep volume moderate either way.

Is louder better? No. Lower volume usually feels smoother and reduces fatigue.

How long should I listen? Try a few minutes first. If it feels good, extend the timer. If it feels uncomfortable, stop or lower the mix.

Safety

Keep volume at a comfortable level. Stop if you feel discomfort, dizziness, or headache. If you are sensitive to sound, start with one tone very quietly. This player is for general listening and relaxation only and is not a substitute for medical advice.
